How do I book an appointment with you?

What are your Practice Hours?

Due to the current Covid outbreak in Fiji, we are only open during appointments from 10am - 3pm daily. Should you wish to make an appointment please call us.
How can i buy online?

All you need to do is go to the item you wish to buy, click on the item, choose your options and click 'Add to Cart'. This will take you to the cart section of our site where you will be able to enter in your details, make payment and receive a sale confirmation from us. We will also send you details of your shipment delivery and pick up times.
What are your payment options?

We offer the following Online and Offline payment options: Credit Card payments are automatically processed online. Other Payment Options: Direct Bank Transfer to: Bank South Pacific (BSP) Account Number: 6852212 Account Name: Eyesite M-Paisa payments to mobile # 2732929 Please note, we will allow 2 days for bank and mpaisa payments to be received, if not item will be placed back online for sale for another interested client. To expedite the process, just flick us an email or chat message with your remittance confirmations or screenshots :)
How long does it take for me to get my Item?

Depending on your location you may receive your item between 1-5 Business Days. If Within Suva 1-3 business days Outside Suva 2-5 business days International - as per current flight schedules and courier service availability Note: You may experience delays due to the current covid outbreak in Fiji.
Can i Collect my item from your practice?

Sure you can collect your item from our Suva Practice, however, please note that we will inform you of the time and Day to collect your item. Due to strict covid restrictions, we will not allow you in without a scheduled appointment. We apologise for this inconvenience, however, these protocols are in place to safeguard you, our staff and other clients who have made confirmed appointments. These rules are compulsory under the MCTTT guidelines for essential businesses. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding.
Are your products Genuine Brands?

Yes off course! At Eyesite we pride ourselves on giving our customers the best genuine products. All our products are sourced from genuine suppliers. We do not sell 'knock offs' :)
